The Mouliere Lab is a team of researchers at the Amsterdam University Medical Center dedicated to answering important questions in biology and medicine with innovative technology and computation. We focus on identifying biological patterns in human bio-fluids, developing sequencing and computational methods to mine that data, and creating tools to put those resources into the hands of biologist and clinicians.

Biology + Technology + Data → Insight

We aim to discover new signatures from biological and pathological processes in human bio-fluids. We develop wetlab and drylab methods to decode these patterns. We apply these methods to unlock new clinical applications, and to improve our understanding of cancer and other pathologies.

Open source → Clinical Impact

We believe that anyone around the world should be able to use and build on our work. We push to develop methods, protocols, software, tools, datasets, etc. that are open and freely available.
